Great supportive team and coaches. Everyday is different. Fully customisable workouts and even holiday workouts provided. Aftercare from all the team is amazing. A caring family orientated team which makes working out that much easier.

A really great group of people and excellent coaches. I have never been so fit and healthy, they really help you to develop your skills and work on your weaknesses. I started having done absolutely no formal exercise and everyone was really supportive and I made really rapid progress. It can be daunting thinking of joining crossfit but Chalkbox made everything easy and enjoyable.... well apart from the DOMS of course :-)!
