I've been a tenant with One To One for 8 years. I'm now moving to new horizons. Francesca, Hussain and the people they work with, are kind, understanding, efficient and reliable. We all know it too well, these qualities are rare in this industry. I'm glad we've worked together. 5 stars.

I rented 2 properties through OneToOne across about 4-5 years and if circumstances allowed, I would have continued to rent through them. Awesome service. Very accommodating, friendly and work with you to find the place that fits right. They work with fair and honest landlords and are always available if you need assistance.
We rented a flat let and managed by One to One for five years until recently moving out of the area. They have been consistently professional - really friendly and helpful and any issues/repairs with the flat were resolved very promptly. We got our deposit back with no issues within two weeks of moving out, and their fees were very reasonable compared to others. Overall they were a pleasure to deal with - certainly a much the best experience we have had with a letting agent. I would definitely recommend them.
